HISTORY

The AIALA Catering School project was put in motion in 1996
on Karlos Arguiñano's initiative.

Since the very beginning, this school has demonstrated a clear vocation to serve society in terms of offering a variety of long and short term courses for personal or professional purposes on Cookery, Baking and Nutrition, within many people's grasp given that academic
requirements are only imposed for official qualifications.
