FACILITIES
The school has two homes: one in the Abendaño industrial estate
and the other in Talaimendi. Both stretch over 1,000 m2
and are close to ZARAUTZ town centre.
Abendaño is used for courses funded by the Lanbide employment service.
We purchased the Talaimendi centre in 2008 and extended it, adding modern facilities.
Both buildings are fully equipped for high quality training offering a personal touch
and a warm atmosphere.
Let's take a quick tour of the centre:
Multi-purpose rooms
Two multi-purpose auditorium-style rooms with fully-fitted kitchens and everything required for culinary demonstrations and other activities.
Central-industrial kitchen
Central-industrial kitchen divided into 5 completely different spaces: Dry store, cold storage, refrigerated area, central kitchen and dish-washing area: all fully-equipped with ample space for active, pleasant learning. Its machinery is both technologically cutting edge and user friendly.
Restaurant kitchen
A satellite to the main kitchen divided into four sections where the students make and serve the food for our restaurant customers.
Dining room
Covering 100 m2 and seating 40, where students learn about the profession, used as a test bench to train serious professionals with promising futures.
Cafeteria
This is a meeting point for students during their morning breaks and also a classroom to apply their knowledge as both the bar and the dining room are required to learn about good service, teaching the students the necessary techniques.
The rest of the facilities include changing rooms, staff room, management office, secretary, meeting room, terrace, etc.
