Cookery and gastronomy technician
DIPLOMA COURSE
OFFICIAL QUALIFICATION
The following information refers to the Cookery Technician intermediate vocational diploma course, officially recognised by the Basque Government Ministry of Education and arranged by this Department.
COURSE DURATION:
2 years (2.000 hours).
TIMETABLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
from 08.30 am to 2.00 pm
& 09.00 am to 4.00 pm (practice in the restaurant)
Cookery and baking summer course
intended for: general interest
over 15 years old
With a broad yet specific syllabus from simple, elementary dishes to current, modern fare, it aims to instil new ideas in the group whilst providing basic and attractive information.
COURSE DURATION:
From June 30 to July 11, 2025 (30 hours).
TIMETABLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm.
Master's degree in gastronomy
PRIVATE ADVANCED LEVEL POSTGRADUATE COURSE
Postgraduate course intended for anyone with prior catering studies such as vocational training diplomas or degree level courses. It is also open to people with proven work experience in the world of cookery.
MASTER'S DURATION:
From September 2025 to May 2026 (1.000 hours).
TIMETABLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY:
morning and/or afternoon 9.30 am to 12.30 pm / 3.30 to 6.30 pm
