I would like to offer you a warm welcome to this catering school where we have put our heart and soul into making it a success.
My School clearly intends to provide a service for society in this extraordinary gastronomic environment. I'd like to highlight its high quality fish, seafood, meat and vegetables, all provided by this region: the wild Bay of Biscay and lush,
Bringing together traditional and modern aspects, we are training people in the exciting world of gastronomy and offering experienced chefs the chance to learn and improve.
I'd also like to mention that I chose the name Aiala because the house where my hotel-restaurant
is based is known in the town as "the house of the Aiala family".
Having said all this, I'd like to invite you to find out about and enjoy our gastronomic culture and wish you all the very best.
